Delivery & care
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, email us at returns@saeba.store with your order number and reason for return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one. This ensures the fastest processing time.
